Do not become blind to the sufferings of the people. When you strive for bigger things –for bigger cities, magnificent worship places, wider roads, better ports, larger ships, increased trade, improved business, making a name among the nations of the world, making the country the richest in the world – do not forgot something simple and basic. Do not forgot the people. Don't think glittering cities marked progress. Do not forgot about the people who lived in gutters. When you give lavish banquets, do not forgot that most of the people had nothing to eat.
